Hello, I'm Kiara DeWitt, BSN, RN, CPN, the founder of InjectCo. Back in early 2021, I started this incredible journey while also serving as the lead clinical educator for the neurosurgery and neurology unit at Cook Children’s Pediatric Hospital. My career began after earning my Bachelor's degree at Texas Christian University, where I discovered how much the aesthetic medicine industry needed a stronger focus on ethics and building genuine relationships.
Creating InjectCo was my way of realizing a dream—to provide patients with an atmosphere where they feel truly loved, empowered, and comfortable. I firmly believe in leading to serve, building meaningful connections not only with my patients but also with my team. Today, I'm proud to work alongside a phenomenal team of 13 talented professionals across eight clinics: six in DFW, one in Houston, and one in Austin.
What drives me the most is fostering a collaborative, educational environment with my team. I thrive on opportunities for personal and professional growth, and it’s my hope that every InjectCo patient leaves their visit feeling heard, encouraged, and excited about their customized aesthetic treatment plan.
This passion for education and safety in the industry inspired me to establish the Texas Academy of Medical Aesthetics, an accredited training program. Here, we offer a rigorous 100+ hour aesthetic injector internship, where students have the chance to train and shadow at all eight InjectCo clinics.
Our patients often describe me and the entire InjectCo team as highly skilled and extremely thorough clinicians. My goal has always been—and continues to be—to be a trusted, approachable resource for clinical injectors nationwide as they grow and scale their aesthetic businesses.
